Now this little fella is tiny, saw him on the stairs yesterday, he's about 2 cms high! Some kind of skateboarding half robot half human dude. Who is he?

Hello, I live up on the seventh floor in an 8 storey block of flats in central London. I usually walk down the stairs on the way out to work and often see various objects left by the residents in the communal stairwell, I thought you might like to have a look........
