Shame on the second floor, someone couldn't quite make it to the bins today....so near, but yet so far....
Hello, I live up on the seventh floor in an 8 storey block of flats in central London. I usually walk down the stairs on the way out to work and often see various objects left by the residents in the communal stairwell, I thought you might like to have a look........
