Fancy A Pint Anyone? (or four!)

This mornings finds include a door on fourth floor door propped open with a water filled milk container,  and a lamp box.

All Clued Up

Using the detective skills that I have acquired over the years ( Thanks to  Monk, Columbo, Poirot, Kojak, Starsky & Hutch, Sherlock Holmes, Charlie's Angels,  Perry Mason, Ironsides, McCloud, Quincy, Hill Street Blues, Z Cars, Dixon of Dock Green and Mrs Marple to name a few! )..... I deduct that this piece of plastic spotted on the fifth floor landing belongs to one of the washer-dryers put out last night (see post below).

Wish-Washy

Last night someone dumped their washing machine and dryer out, right in front of the steps that go down to the back door. I saw the cleaning staff battling with them this morning, they never seem angry or annoyed, I suppose they've seen it all in our block!

Take a Seat

Did you ever has plasticine to play with as a child? if you did you'll remember the great colours it came in and how they gradually became mixed together eventually changing into a murkey grey with added hairs and crisp crumbs - usually by the end of day one! Anyway if you didn't, this armchair resembles the pliable clay of my childhood.

D'ya Fancy A Quick Monster?

I saw this energy drink can on a window sill on the way up this evening, I guess it was needed to get the drinker up all those stairs! - It looks pretty gruesome, I don't think I'll be buying any if I see it in the shops! The fourth floor is well ventilated as usual, this time with a copy of 'The metro'

Clean Living

The cleaners are very busy this week cleaning and polishing all the floors, here's their tired looking mean cleaning machine! The fourth floor doors continue to be wedged open.....

Nothing To Report

It's been a very quiet week with nothing new to report, so here is a 'What's On The Stairs Today' fact -

There are 113 steps up to our flat (I could be one or two out, I won't double check just yet!)

Little Telly Gets New Look

The abandoned telly of my last post received a pretty fetching makeover the following day, who would've thought pizza boxes and an oreo box could cut such a dash! Woohooo!

Hiding behind the doors on the ground floor tonight was this little telly, as usual there's not a lot worth watching this evening!

Sofa So Good?

This sofa was on the fifth floor this morning. I think the owners were hoping they'd get it in the goods lift but as you can see the lift is chock a block with rubbish.

Sometimes our staircase feels like a yard sale, today we have on offer a cushion stuffer.
